Vivian will be the only one doing the writing – but she expects help with the imagining – the wilder the better. So it’s a bit of a coup for us to get Vivian here for a children’s writing workshop which will appeal to primary 4-7 children who are reluctant readers, struggle with reading and writing or who have dyslexia.
There’s Yucky Worms, illustrated by Jessica Ahlberg, the international bestselling Tiara Club books, and the fantastic Five Kingdoms series, the fifth of which – The Music of Zombies – was launched this summer. Now she can’t stop – there are well over 250 (!) books out there with her name on them. Vivian French hated writing when she was a child.
